It’s hard to catch funny moments when they happen with kids most times. And it’s just not as funny when you try to recreate it. I actually caught E being funny last night and I wanted to share it with you. Here’s hopefully the first of many Friday Funny post!
Last night we went out for dinner.. It was an Italian restaurant called Giuseppe’s in Augusta, GA. The hubs and I ordered a Maragarita pizza, A his beloved Fettucine Alfredo so E decide on cheese pizza. Since E was being so adamant about his slice the server asked if it was ok to bring his out sooner. We said it would be fine so she did. I was sitting across from E and I was watching him while he enjoyed his slice. As he was eating he was wiping his little hands on his shirt and pants.. I’m pretty used to this since A still does this from time to time.. So I sent over a napkin to him and told him, “Baby use your napkin.” do you know what that little stinker said to me? “You wash my pants mama..” Not in a mean way, but in a matter of fact way.. Yeah I guess I do wash your pants.. keep wiping your hands on them then. SMDH. Outsmarted by a 3 year old. And this is the look he gave me:
