If there is one thing my family goes through a lot it’s paper towels. You know the situations when you are wiping stuff up and the towels just disintegrate into nothing? I hate it too! I love to cook, so using the Viva® Vantage® paper towels was a great experience. The 7-Day Switch up consisted of how we currently use paper towels and how using the Viva® Vantage® paper towels would change up our routine.
I am not one to waste food. If I make a large meal I will put it up and we will eat it again the following day. While the rest of the family has other ideas when it comes to left-overs there are some meals that just taste even better the day after! That meal would be Chicken and Rice! Which I totally made with turkey this time! I cooked the turkey in the crockpot and saved the broth for the rice. One of the tricks my dad taught me as a child for reheating food that can tend to dry out was to cover it with a paper towel. Of course I grabbed the Viva® Vantage® roll and pulled off one section to cover my bowl of cold turkey and rice, I wet the whole paper towel, placed over my bowl and nuked it in the microwave.
The rice was beautiful and fluffy! I took the Viva® Vantage® paper towel off the food, folded it in half and wiped the counter! Normally a paper towel would not be able to withstand being wet, getting cooked. You can see in the image above that it looks in perfect condition. The Viva® Vantage® paper towel still had plenty of life left in it. That in itself makes me a believer and very very happy.
I can totally walk around the house and find a Viva® Vantage® hanging out because one of the boys left it behind and reuse it. I am constantly washing my hands so I dry them with a Viva® Vantage® paper towel and leave it on the counter to use again. See this image below. The hubs left his coffee spoon after fixing his coffee. I took that same Viva® Vantage® paper towel and cleaned the coffee maker. Even with it having some coffee drips on it the paper towel wasn’t completely saturated so it was reused! I might have left it on the counter to scrub down some of the pen marks Little E left for me too. Who does that?! That child.. lucky for him the Viva® Vantage® has awesome scrubbing power with the stretch of V-Flex™ Weave!

I have been using Viva paper towels for years. They are really strong!

Viva paper towels have so many uses. You can use the unpatterned and untextured ones to make buttercream icing look as smooth as fondant.

I really like Viva paper towels a lot, but have been hanging out with the cheap version lately Being able to use the Viva Vantage several times over will make it cheaper than what I’m doing and let me have a strong, durable paper towel instead. Thanks for the good reason to return to the fold.
