Is there a local organization that you feel could benefit from a $25,000 grant? If so, here’s your chance to be a good neighbor and submit their information to be considered. State Farm Neighborhood Assist is encouraging people from the United States and Canada to submit a cause for a chance to win one of 40 $25,000 State Farm Neighborhood Assist® grants. Here’s the clincher though, only the first 4,000 submissions will be accepted. It’s anticipated that the 4,000 slots will be filled quickly, so act fast mis amigos!
I love involving myself in causes close to my heart and in the community that we happen to be living in. I already have an idea of what cause I will be submitting. As a matter of fact, I just volunteered for an event with them last night. My heart belongs to Meals for the Elderly here in San Angelo.

Once the submission period is closed (it happens at the 4,000 mark) the top 200 causes will go up for voting on Facebook on April 28, 2014. Voters can submit up to 10 votes a day to support their favorite cause through May 16. Grant winners will be announced on May 27, 2014 on the State Farm Neighborhood Assist on Facebook page. The top 40 causes will receive a grant in the amount $25,000 each! Que emocionante! How exciting!!
