The Goldbergs has been on ABC Network for ten seasons now. Incredible right? We’ve seen a lot of things happen on one of our favorite television shows and this week, one of the most epic events is happening. Thanks to ABC Publicity, I had the opportunity to prescreen and ask a question in a Q&A with Wendi McLendon-Covey and Hayley Orrantia of The Goldbergs on ABC. Read on to read about what I asked and how these amazing ladies responded.

There is a beautiful montage during the “Uncle-ing” that I promise will have long-time The Goldbergs fans in tears. We previously saw another montage similar when Erica graduated from high school. The next step in Erica’s life will be momentous for the audience to watch. It was such a wonderful conversation with both ladies. My question for Wendi and Hayley relates to the montage and what were their thoughts on it.
Hayley shared that years ago, Hayley had been asked to provide some images and videos from childhood and she felt that they just nailed it because it was such a tear-jerker moment. Wendi shared, how she remembered being a teenage girl and having those heart-to-heart moments with her mom so those moments have meant so much for her sharing those moments with Erica as well. We all have had those moments, right? We joked about how Hayley should share the moment on social when her mom gets to see the montage because she could only imagine that she too would be in tears.
What a beautiful moment. I can’t wait for you all to watch the episode. I cannot thank Holli and ABC Publicity enough for these wonderful opportunities to speak with the amazing talent from The Goldbergs.
