I’ve got it! I’m way motivated right now and am really loving the feeling. It started on Friday, but I’m taking steps in the right direction. And I’m stoked! I’ve also lost 3lbs too.. that sure helped!
Went walking yesterday and went again today. I have made a deal with a friend of mine that we will make this a daily thing.
Am I up for it? Absolutely!
This is a short post today. I just wanted to share in my enthusiasm and hopefully get you motivated too!

My motivation is lagging, but I really don’t want to be unable to move! So, I try to get around the house as much as I can! Congrats on the loss! 🙂

It’s so hard to sometimes Angela. You have a younger child too. Sometimes the weather keeps us in too.. I’m so tired of snot noses.. LOL

Accountability partners are the best. Keep up your baby steps with your walking buddy. Surefire formula for success. As for my motivation… having to stay healthy for another home birth. I am green lit for anytime after next Tuesday.
