Cortez Drops New Album

BROOKLYN, NY — June 21, 2023 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — Brooklyn rapper Cortez Bodega has released his latest offering, "Filthy Karma", and it picks up where “Resolutions 2” left off. Known originally as a battle rap legend, Cortez made his bones going up against the best of the best on well-known platforms such as ‘URL’ & the ‘King of the Dot’ league based out of Toronto.

Fully orchestrated by Bronx bred producer, Crisis, the album features usual suspects, Doza the Drum Dealer, as well as other NY artists: Eto, Flee Lord, 38 Spesh, & UFO Fev. Other notable appearances include Billy Official, Murkemz, and the albums producer, Crisis. A full arsenal of lyricism and mind-altering instrumentations give “Filthy Karma” that old New York feel, but don’t be fooled, the tails being spun on each track are as intricate and original as those that were recorded by the legends of those times (something that is much needed in today’s Hip-Hop landscape).
