This month in my Month 4 Update Shaklee180 vlog, I’m talking about Competition.. Are you competitive? 

There are two more months left on the program for me. I’m hoping since I’m more involved and excecising more that I’ll be able to drop 10 more pounds. But I’m very happy with my progress so far.
