Creciendo Cada Día
Mi hijo esta creciendo cada día y casi se me quiere quebrar el corazon. My son is growing more and more each day and it’s just breaking my heart. It took us five years to conceive Ezra and now he’s growing so much, starting to talk and is changing almost daily. He turns two on Friday and he started a Mother’s Day Out program. I was excited and sad at the same time when we decided to sign him up.
Mijo has spent every moment with me since he was born. Thanks to my husband I have been able to stay at home with the boys. This has been one of life’s biggest blessings. Nunca cree que pudiera quedarme en casa con nuestros hijos. I never even considered that I would have the chance to be a “stay at home mom”.
Right now Ezra is learning to be away from mommy. He started attending Mother’s Day out last week. Pobresito mijo, su primere dia de la esculelita llorro tanto. Poor baby he cried so much his first day. I felt terrible leaving him. I actually spent 15 minutes there after I left his classroom. My little baby. He’s progressing nicely though.. I think a little better than mommy. I still get sad leaving him. After a week, I’m already seeing a difference in him. He hasn’t been crying as much when I drop him off, just a little whine here and there. Mi chiquito. Melts my heart, but I know that it’s the best for him.
Has probado los productos Huggies?! Te los recomiendo!

My ‘baby’ is 5 and just started all day Kindergarten. Though I work full-time it was still hard to see him get on the bus with his big sister’s and know that he was in someone else’s care besides mine or my Mom’s ALL day long.
He’s doing great and says he’s a ‘grown boy’ now, but I can tell it’s taking it’s toll. By bed time he’s ready to pass out, lol!

My little guy started pre-school and we are trying so hard to potty train! It’s difficult when they are not home though! It’s sad how quickly they grow up!

It truly is Jeannette. I’m not even going to bother until the summer with Ezra.. My oldest was 3 yrs and a week when he finally decided to potty train.. But we never had any accidents 🙂

My baby is in preschool. She absolutely loves it! And she wears Huggies every day, because she isn’t ready for potty training. I’m not pushing her. She can hang out in her Huggies until she’s ready. <3 Huggies.

I completely agree Amber! So can Ezra..I’m not ready for him to grow up 🙁

My son started a new preschool this year. He loves it, but it’s just a reminder that he’s growing up. So sad for me!
Candy says
I totally feel you Emily! Sad for the both of us.

I was lucky to stay home with mine as well and it really was a special time. now that they are both teens I look back on those times with a lot of fond memories but back to school time still poses some serious challenges.
Candy says
I can’t even imagine my babies being teens one day! Where does the time go 🙁
Liz Mays says
I always liked to use those big chunks of time when they were at school to work on long projects. I would do a couple a week.
Candy says
I def take advantage of the kid-less hours Liz 🙂
