Hey there, guess what time it is?! It’s Girl Time with Crafters Crate!! I received a fabulous box from Crafters Crate, if you follow me on Twitter you totally saw it on my timeline.
What is Crafters Crate?
Crafters Crate is a genius idea in my opinion! It’s a monthly craft kit for girls. I might be a boy mom, but I’m still a girl -and this girl likes to get her craft on. The owner and creator of Crafters Crate Rachel Bunt came up with Crafters Crate with her own daughter, Riley in mind. The amazing thing about Crafters Crate is that everything you need for the craft is in the box. That way you aren’t searching all over your house or the crafting store for your supplies. And I have to add that having the craft pre-though out for you is truly the genius part of the company. I have so many friends that say, “Well I want to do crafts, but I can’t think of what to make with the kids.” Or the “It’ll be too expensive for me to buy everything for one craft and then what if I don’t use it again!?” All valid concerns. That’s why I love Crafters Crate so much!
Below are the crafts included in the Crafters Crate box I received:
Each crate comes with all of the supplies needed for the 4-5 crafts that you will create with your daughter or girl friends. I totally took my crate over to a friends house and we had a girls night. Were my girlfriends impressed? Yes they were! Our hostess Pam had a delicious dinner planed for us and as soon as we finished the crafting began! A couple of the ladies had other crafts they were working on together; myself, Ashley and Kristin busted into the Crafters Crate box.
I got the Princess Cuff, Ashley did the Princess Art and Kristin did the Princess Tiara.
Before we got to crafting we separated out the supplies we would need like glue, water colors and scissors. I must add that scissors are not included. Everything else you need is included. Each of the crafts are separated. Inside of the bag are the directions and all the pieces for that specific craft. That’s my friend Ashley showing off her craft bag, the Princess Art bag.
The monthly subscription is pretty sweet. Here’s what you can expect: “Every month the materials change. But typically you will get a sewing project, science project, jewelry project and other fun crafts.” The craft kit starts at $19.99 a month. You can pay monthly or set up a 3 month or 6 month subscription options.
