That’s right! Make it the best ever! It’s New Years Eve and if you haven’t yet, I’m sure you’ll be thinking about what you’ll want to do differently in the New Year. Everyone does it.. I know I have! But you know it’s not necessarily about making, keeping and kicking those resolutions butts, it’s also about making the best of it too. For me that is.. we have to approach life differently I think. Best Ever

One of the things that I have thought about a lot lately was focusing more on me, I know I have small children and I can’t completely focus on me, but you know what I mean. So that’s the plan! I’ll be documenting what it is that I do to focus on me so that you too can implement these changes in your life if you need to. I’m all about easy too, so you can bet that whatever I do will be easy and not hard. There’s nothing like something difficult to make you change your mind right? Or maybe it’s just me and I’m a lazy b.. But if it’s an easy transition I feel that the change will last longer. Now I’m not just thinking about my health, weight, you know normal New Years Even resolution types.. these are life changes that will hopefully help me live a longer life in general.

If you plan on making resolutions for 2016, make resolutions that are attainable. Baby step it to your big goal so you don’t loose faith or sight of the grand scheme. We gotta take our time! I know that together we can do it.

What’s one thing you want to change or make better in 2016? It doesn’t have to be health wise either! I think everything works together and in the end you’ll see how each change effects different things and it all comes full circle. Does that make sense? LOL I hope so! Let’s make our world harmonize this year! Ok so since you know I love a good giveaway..
