Happy Saturday to you!! During the weekends we love watching movies. Since receiving my
Smooth Fitness spinning bike I’m still enjoying our weekend flicks but I’m watching with I ride! Normally I like to spin for 30-40 minutes so depending on how long the movie is it can get pretty rough towards the end. But I know that by riding during the movie, I’m getting a “long ride” in and I need that to get my weight loss back on track. It has been a rough couple of months since I have been feeling the pain in my hips, thanks to Fibromyalgia. When I got word that the spinning bike was on the way, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to ride it, but turns out my Physical Therapist actually recommended it! Can you say- Stoked! It’s bad enough I’ve not had much time to get in many workouts but knowing that by having chosen the spinning bike I would also be working towards my weight loss goals.
I’ve got to get back on track so this is how it’s gonna go from now until I get to my target weight.. about 60 lbs.. Sounds daunting right? It’s gonna be. I really enjoy sweating and getting the workout high, I just need to make more time for myself. I truly struggle with that. But I won’t quit. And neither should you.
