Another week is almost done and there’s been a lot on my mind. Here’s my Thursday Thoughts.
-I love the idea of Summer, but honestly- I’m not really enjoying it. That’s terrible to think out loud, but it’s the truth. We’ve been on the road a lot and my plans for purging aren’t really working out. Maybe next week?? I can only hope right.
-The boys fight way too much. I think it’s the whole being five years a part that makes it worse? Maybe? Who knows! I know that there’s always the “he broke my LEGO creation!” “I don’t want him in my room!” etc at everyone’s house that has more than one child so I’ll just continue to suck it up. “Boys will be boys” right?
-I mentioned we’ve been traveling a lot. Don’t get me wrong I love going places and we are enjoying our summer, it’s just hard to travel without the hubs sometimes. More on that later.
-Umm how the hell does one misplace an iPad mini?! It’s been missing since yesterday and I feel we have torn my mother’s house a part.. I fear if we can’t find it that I’ll have a horrible drive back to San Angelo.
-Then there’s my health. I need to exercise more. I have got to drop some damn pounds. Is it just me or is it harder in the summer? Ugh.. swear it’s a never ending battle with me. I need to wire my jaws shut.. Do they still do that?
-So if everything works out we should be psc-ing next January. Hence the “Summer of purging” and all.. I have been looking but not really for housing. It’s still up in the air so it’s hard to be excited? Or I am.. because of the possibilities but you know with the Army it’s never really set in stone until you have your orders in hand.. So I’m holding off.. But I know what area I’d like to live in! LOL
-Are you getting enough sleep this summer? I actually am! How about that? My blogging is suffering a bit, but I’m feeling more rested these days. I need to implement a schedule for when school starts back up. This is my plan, I’ll be in bed by 9 and get up by 5 do an at-home workout and get my blogging stuff done before 7am when I get the boys up. Can it be done? We will have to wait and see.
