Tropical Protein Smoothie with Chia Seeds
It’s time for another smoothie recipe! I’ve actually been pretty stingy with them lately. I have a few more I plan on posting. Are you enjoying smoothies on a daily basis like I am? I hope you enjoy this smoothie soon! Come back and comment when you do!!
- 2 Scoops of Strawberry Shaklee180 powder
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 cup of mango
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup of kiwi slices
- Pre-cut all of the fruit ahead of time or cut fruit before you begin to add ingredients into blender.
- I like to pour the liquid in first so the powder doesn't get stuck at the bottom of the blender.
- Add Mango
- Add scoops of powder
- Add kiwis
- Add strawberries
- Add chia seeds
- Blend until blended completely
- Pour in glass and enjoy with or without a straw
