Wow- that was a fast 2 week challenge. With the help of Mamavation @MrBookieboo and @MyTrainerBob I lost a total of 4.7 lbs. Not much, but I was happy to see the drop. I lost nothing the first week. I was way bummed.
This two week challenge was different b/c we had access to www.BobHarper.com On the website you can find all the ways to help you loose weight. My boyfriend, Bob does an awesome video workout each day. They are Fantastic and get your nice and sweaty really fast. You really feel like he’s there for you. One workout in particular the 10-1 I really had to push myself to finish and I did- I thought to myself “I gotta finish this.” and I did! Felt amazing afterwards too. I could totally hear Bob pushing me along to finish strong. Kind of strange but that’s what it took for me to finish.
The end of the two week challenge has only fueled me to continue and push harder. I’m eating cleaner and drinking more homemade juices- thanks to my juicer my honey bought me. I’m so spoiled!
