Mamavation Monday

Another week has past and I’m 7lbs lighter! Oh yeah! It’s the end of the Mamavation 2 week challenge and yours truly lost 7lbs. I’m super excited about that too! I’ve been at a certain number for a few months now and I couldn’t seem to get under. Well finally I did!

Each Monday I will get personal with myself and post a little diddy on my current weight loss goings-ons. I don’t’ want to call it a journey- because journeys end and I don’t want this to. I want it to go on and on until I’m a size 0. Just kidding- I want it to continue as a lifestyle change that I won’t even notice what’s happening later. Make this the new norm.

Anyhoo- I have done burpees, mountain climbers galore and I added Step and Zumba classes in there for an extra burn. I don’t normally like to workout at home but since I was being held accountable I had to. I have to admit it was not bad at all and funny thing I so wanted to tweet out my a picture of my breakfast today! I’ve also been doing that for the challenge. It’s quite helpful- sort of journaling my meals via pictures. I might start to subject my Twitter followers to continued meal pics and possibly my readers here. Or we can exchange pics I don’t mind looking at what you are eating too. 😉

This was one of my fav to eat. Eggs (should have used more egg whites), spinach, tomatoes, ham and feta cheese- next time i’m adding onions & artichokes!

    I have share pictures of my meals online. Only if they’re especially pretty or interesting, though. The new norm in my life is going to be steady employment 🙂 IFinally, yes, I’ve done burpees. I currently do modified ones, but eventually I’ll get to the real deal 🙂

    I posts photos of food all the time! It helps keep me accountable, and I love sharing that helahty food can be just as good as crap! 🙂
