For the next two weeks I will be participating in the Mamavation 2 week challenge and I am super excited! I know what you are thinking, “Why on earth would she be excited to do a diet challenge for 2 weeks?” Because Mamavation is working with the man- Bob Harper!

Yep, I’ll be working out to Bob Harper’s workout plans and trying out BobHarper.com during the challenge. The website is pretty awesome and the workouts are KILLER! Just did my first one!! I didn’t wear my heart rate monitor, so I’m not sure how many calories I burned but I’ll make sure and wear it tomorrow. I actually ran this morning at the Y, I only had a chance to get half mile in because I had to go change E’s diaper. Too bad it was a false alarm- I wanted to get atleast one mile in. But it’s a start and better than nothing right!? lol I’m on my way and feeling great.. Too bad I had my workout pants on backwards.. LOL Monday- happy Monday. LOL
This week I’m looking forward to increasing my exercise and following Bob’s daily plans. Eating good and drinking lots of water. Wishing my fellow Mamavation Sistas a wonderful 2 week challenge! And the Mamavation Graduates are also killing it during their challenge.
