Mickey Mouse Club House Disney Junior Fun and
Gelatin Dessert Recipe
I was born and raised a Disney girl. The magic of Disney has always been in my heart and as a mom I love to share it with my boys. Granted I can’t get them into the Disney Princesses but thanks to Disney Junior there is lots of great programming that we can enjoy with the boys. And they LOVE Disney Junior! We enjoy watching the Mickey Mouse Club House and all of the Disney Junior Fun with Jake and the Never Land Pirates and of course the resident Doc McStuffins! I’m excited to share a gelatin dessert recipe with you too! That kinda resembles our favorite mouse! Don’t ya think?
Super easy and very delicious! and a real crowd pleaser! Everyone enjoyed this sweet treat!
- 1 Box of Strawberry or Cherry Gelatin (Red color)
- 1 Can of Whipped Cream
- 4 Chocolate Donuts
- 1 Box of Chocolate Mousse
- 8 Chocolate cookies with cream removed
- Prepare gelatin as per box and pour into dessert cups and let set. *You will have left over gelatin and mouse for more servings- this recipe is only for 2.
- Prepare chocolate mousse as per box in another bowl.
- Once gelatin and mousse is set and ready, begin building dessert.
- To darken chocolate mouse crush up cookies and mix together.
- Mix half a cup of chocolate mousse and crushed cookies.
- Form a ball with chocolate mix and place on top of red gelatin.
- Add whipped topping around the chocolate ball.
- Get two chocolate donuts and place as “mouse” ears on chocolate ball.
- Repeat for each individual serving.
- Enjoy!
Easy enough right?! You just have to be patient enough for the gelatin to set and you’re golden!
If you saw my picture postings on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter you saw we had a great time at our #DisneyJuniorFamilia party! Our scout family really enjoyed all of the Disney Junior swag, the hot doggies and sweets we had for the kiddos.
Now try to get the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse song out of your head! You’re totally welcome! We can’t have hot dogs for lunch or dinner without singing the catchy song. We love watching Mickey Mouse and company solving problems with O’ Toodles. Oh isn’t that O’ Toodles handy?! I wish we had O’Toodles in our house to help us solve problems.
Our friend could have used O’ Toodles for the Pin the Tail on Tic Toc Croc! We had so much fun at our party. I’m so glad I was able to share this experience with my pack family. I love Disney Junior programming on the Disney Channel, it’s educational, creative and exciting to watch. and who am I kidding my kids and I LOVE it!!
