Ok I could totally call it Move Your Ass Monday, but I’ll keep it clean. It’s Move It Monday ya’ll! I actually haven’t gotten my workout in today but I wanted to share what I did this weekend!
Lately I’ve been working with a Personal Trainer on post and loving it! He doesn’t work over me, he given me a workout schedule and I go to the post gym and get my sweat on. I like it because it’s holding me accountable. I have to go, well I don’t have to.. but I have to! LOL If that makes any sense. Last week was kind of hectic. I was able to do my workout from home Monday and Tuesday- big win for me. I loathe working out alone and at home. But I did it and was super proud of myself. I had the workshop on Wednesday and didn’t get around to doing anything that day or Thursday.. I know.. I fell back into the “No working out at home thing” so on Friday the hubs went in later so I took advantage and headed to Zumba.
Yeah check out the calorie count on that Omron!! I was completely soaked on Saturday. It was awesome!
Zumba has been rocking my world lately. It’s an amazing workout and calorie burner and it’s just plain fun. I took my friend Leanne with me on Saturday night. She was hesitant, but I explained to her that when your spouse doesn’t dance- Zumba becomes the club where you can shake your groove thang at! And you don’t have to worry about some loose dancer getting up on your bum.. Just saying! LOL We shook our groove thangs good that night!
Ok this is probably one of the worst pictures I’ll ever upload to the blog. But it’s a selfie must and we were having such a great time!!
Complete Nutrition hosted the 1.5 hour Zumba party for free! Yeah!! Free!! I love free! It was a lot of fun. Watch the Vine below to see just how much fun it was!
I understand the San Angelo Complete Nutrition location hosts a monthly Zumba night! Follow their Facebook page so you won’t miss the next one! It was a lot of fun and three people walked away with a free personal blender!! Lucky!!! I’m def going next time!
