Setting up anything well, almost anything is always daunting to me. 1. Because I don’t like to read directions. And that’s ok with me. That’s a fault I have come to be open about and mention. LOL Well when it comes to work, I definitely follow directions. Anyhoo, when we received the V350 Indoor Cycling Bike I was surprised how small the box was. I wasn’t sure what I was expecting exactly but it’s just a bike. So the box wasn’t huge.

Thankfully my dear husband was home and down for the building. This man will take on any build it yourself project.

Setting up the Smooth Fitness V350 Cycling bike actually didn’t take long. Overall it took about 45 minutes to an hour . That’s from the time he opened the box and the kids jumped on top. LOL The main body of the bike comes put together. You have to put on the seat, handles and the pedals.

I love that the Smooth Fitness Velocity Series V350 Indoor cycling bike is as sturdy as it looks. If I were to compare it to a bike from a spinning class I would say that it is def comparable and a very good piece of equipment. I feel comfortable riding and doing different moves; like the hill jumps, spinning standing out of the saddle, leaning forward on the handles and even stretching off of it.
