Getting Going Again
I swear this happens more than it should to me. I get going- I’m working out, feeling good and then it happens. My Fibro hits and it completely derails me. I had a steroid shot on one hip a couple weeks ago and am due for another shot next week.
It’s ridiculous how you stop doing for a few days and that turns into weeks and I think I’ve hit a whole month of not working out. I know. How is that possible? How could I let that happen. Besides being sidelined for the shot for a few days it happened. Should I say I got lazy? I mean, I guess I could. No one ever wants to admit but maybe I should just say I got lazy. I found other things to do, I got caught up with my family. Hey.. wait a minute my family isn’t an excuse. If anything I’m more active when I’m with them. We have enjoyed family visiting and running around. I just gotta break away and make the time for exercise.
