Looking to the future. This week I planned on working out 3 to 4 days of out of the week. It’s looking like 3 days. Today both of my boys are ill so we are home bound all day.
I will probably be doing Rainbeau Mars’ yoga videos on the LionsGate BeFit YouTube channel. I normally do not care to workout at home in front of my tv or computer. As a matter of fact I’ve never done a video off of YouTube. So it’s been weird, but enjoyable.

She was an amazingly easy person to talk to, while I was completely starstruck she was just so cool and relaxed. I’m so excited to share it, I’m still working on it.
So back to me! LOL
Last week I made it 3 days to workout a few of the days were 90 min workouts. I am still sore but feel so good. I had planned on starting running today but with sick babies it’s probably not going to happen. I’m going to get the tires aired up and hopefully tomorrow Ezra and I can go out on our first run. I’m not sure where we will try out first. He’s never been in the jogging stroller so I’ve got to work with him too. Either way I’m excited. I’m gonna do another half next April and hopefully since I’m starting to train so early I’ll be able to blow my time of 3:23 out of the water.
