Happy Monday to you!
So last week Motivation Monday post I posed a challenge for myself. I wanted to attend a Zumba class everyday for each day of the week. It started off with a bang, I attended a Zumba class on Saturday, Sunday and Monday! Tuesday and Wednesday I hit some road bumps and didn’t get to go back. I’m being honest with you- I was totally pumped and ready to get my dance on every day but life happens, as it does for moms all the time. I don’t really consider it an excuse I just think that like always I put everything above me and I just keep going. The positive thing I think is that I realize it’s not a failure on my part, but just more incentive to actually complete my goal next week. I mean what is the point of Motivation Monday if I can’t give you an uplifting message right? This also helps keep my goals realistic and give. There are days when I can’t make it to the gym and those reason are beyond my control.
I’m happy to report that my 7lb loss is still holding and I’m making strides daily to keep the 7 off and loose a couple more each week. My goal this week is to drop atleast 2lbs. I’m going to try working out at home.. I know it’s something I don’t really care to do but I’m back to my plateau weight and I really want to break past it and never come back even if it is just 1 or 2lbs.
Question:
What are your goals this week?

Nice effort. 7/7 is pretty hard for anything even without being a mom. My goal this week is to re-do the home office to put in a new desk I got for my hubby’s birthday.

I think that just doing that many days in a row is great….stuff with kids makes it hard to stick with a really rigorous. Great job with what you did!

Thanks! It is really hard.. dang kids! lol Once they get older and are both in school- my husband says I’ll be able to train like an athlete.. what a sweet guy. I’m sure I’ll have other stuff keeping me busy then..
