Oh yeah! How’s your motivation this morning? Are you ready for a great week? I know I sure am! On Saturday I attended my first ever Aqua Zumba class. I had heard mixed reviews about this class overall- not the instructors. One person told me the class was done without music- what? without music? Say it ain’t so! Another remark made was- “Eh I don’t really feel anything..” so I was skeptical to say the least. But it has been a few weeks since I went to an organized class at the Y so I wanted to go “low impact” to start back.
First of all let me tell you any class is what you make of it. Being in the water- a lot of people don’t realize you can make it really hard and increasing intensity by cupping your hands. So yeah my arms are really sore. I love doing an exercise class and giving it my all. That’s the only way to do it right? Maybe I’m just too intense?- hardly hahaha
I’m always trying to challenge myself and this week my challenge to myself and you if you choose to accept is to attend a Zumba class everyday this week. I started on Saturday with Aqua Zumba, I attended a local Zumba gym last night and hey hey- I went to Zumba at the Y this morning!
Feeling really good and ready for the week. If only I can get my sleep patterns on the same track! LOL That’s another post… Oh and an update on my weight loss. I’ve lost 7lbs since starting the Shaklee 180 program in March. Pretty awesome!

Great job! I love swimming because it really is low impact but SUCH a good workout. I need to try zumba!
